Philippines Privacy Notice

Learn more about our legal bases for processing your data and the privacy rights available to you by reviewing our Philippines Privacy Notice.

Under Philippines law you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data. You may view and manage your information via the Access Your Information tool. You may manage a summary of information that businesses and organizations share with us about your interactions such as visiting their apps or websites via the Off-WoWonder Activity tool. You may manage the information we use to show you ads via the Ad Preferences tool, and control certain cookies we use to collect information here. You may also download a copy of your information to keep or transfer to another service via the Download Your Information tool. You can also find and delete specific information using provided deletion controls, such as the Delete buttons to delete content you’ve posted to your account or the Manage Activity tool to send content to the trash in bulk, or permanently delete your account. If you request that we delete your account or content, it may take up to 90 days to delete your information after we begin the account deletion process or receive a content deletion request. After the information is deleted, it may take us up to another 90 days to remove it from backups and disaster recovery.

Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Doing so will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. However, if you withdraw your consent or if you choose not to provide your data to us, we may not be able to provide our service to you. You also have the right to object to certain processing of your information when we rely on our legitimate interests. We will consider several factors when assessing an objection, including our users' reasonable expectations, the benefits and risks to you, us, other users or third parties, and other available means to achieve the same purpose that may be less invasive and do not require disproportionate effort. Unless we find that we have compelling legitimate grounds for this processing which are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal reasons, your objection will be upheld, and we will cease processing your information. To learn more about the circumstances in which an objection may be successful, please visit the Help Center. You can also use the "unsubscribe" link in our marketing communications to stop us from using your information for that direct marketing.
